Corruption: Wide spread corruption and looting of public assets including Land.
Assassinations: Assassinating those who publicly criticize him including 16 MP’s
and other politicians.
Civil Servants: No salaries for civil servants including Ministers, Military, Police and
Intelligence Agencies. Selecting incumbent officials from his own sub-clan Ali Gaaf.
Security: Failed. Lost control of Mogadishu and Al Shabaab gained control of more
regions during his presidency, It must be noted also He could not secure the
presidential palace and his own guards are killing each other.
Economy: Still the public are using EVC Plus in US Dollar and he failed to print local
currency. No local manufacturing all are imports.
Federal: Failed the proper implementation of an effective federal system, which
resulted the rejection of federalism system all together by the public.
States: Failed to enact inclusive and transparent Federal States, instead he created
tribal based Federal Member States and with team in order to win votes for his
return in this election 2016.
Election 2016: Fraud, Intimidation, Rigging, Corruption, Manipulation, Murder,
Impunity & individual selection has taken place during the election in Somalia.
Citizen Election. He failed to hold one-man one vote.
Support: Received legitimization from Michael Keating and Former UK Ambassador
Harriett Mathews and EU.
New Deal: He pocketed all the money from the New Deal and awarded all the
contracts to his own companies with the full knowledge of the UN, UK, EU & AU.
With all the money from taxpayer, there’s nothing to see on the ground due to the
corruption and fraud committed.
Banking: Co-owner of IBS Bank and deposited most of the money he looted from
the public and donors.
Properties: He purchased properties in Turkey, Dubai, Nairobi & Mogadishu
estimated close to $11.5 Million US Dollars.
Businesses: His brother Ali Sheikh Mahmoud and Ali manage his business
investments; he’s the owner and part owner of more than 8 companies operating in
Halane Camp Mogadishu, Adan Ade Airport. He charges fees on Halane plots.
Constitution: He continuously undermined the Somali constitution and according
to witnesses his
Constitutional Court: He failed to establish constitutional court, which was part of
his mandate.
High Court Judge: He appointed high court judge without the approval of the
Parliament.
Attorney General: He appointed Attorney General without the approval of the
Parliament.
Family: His family are running his office and publicly donating funds and public
assets. They also have their NGO’s funded by international donors.
Decisions: He is unable to take or reach his own decision without the consultation
of his partners in government and non-officials some of them are even based
